If you are contacting us about existing order, please make sure you provide us your order number. You can find it in the order receipt email you received when you placed your order or under the `Purchase History` in your account.
If you have queries about delivery times, please bear in mind that all our canvas artwork is made in our workshop and normally takes 3-5 working days to process (not including weekends and Bank Holidays). For more information please read Shipping & Returns
