Shipping Times

All UK mainland artwork orders are securely packaged and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days (next day dispacth orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day). Please note, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 4PM. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ORDERS ON WEEKENDS. Orders to all UK Islands are delivered by Royal Mail. Orders to UK mainland except those that post code starts with the letters: BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, KY, PA, PH, ZE are delivered by UK Mail couriers. Orders outside UK (EU ,USA and other countries )are delivered by Royal Mail Service. All deliveries are tracked and require a signature. Customers outside UK should contact us for delivery cost.

Shipping costs include packaging, and handling costs.

Returns and Refunds

We believe that customer satisfaction is paramount and aim to provide quality prints. If you are not happy with your item you can return it, undamaged and in its original packaging, within 7 days for a refund or exchange

Post costs and %20 off the payment (%5 card payment fees ,%15 handiling charge) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If you received your item and it is damaged, please let us know within 24 hours by phone and we will exchange your order with a new one as soon as we recieve the damaged one back

A refund or exchange will be issued to you for damaged artwork under the following circumstances:

• You inform us of the problem within timeframe stated above.
• The artwork is returned within 7 days in the condition it was received and in original packaging.

As pictures are personalised to order, refunds and exchanges will not be issued for undamaged items. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return the item within 7 days in the condition it was received and in original packaging/
